Office

Buranda Village's new office precinct will be strategically located adjacent to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Boggo Road Research and Innovation Precinct, offering additional workspace for businesses operating in Brisbane's inner-south. Plans submitted for Buranda Village's working precinct include over 50,000 sqm of commercial office space which will be split across three buildings. As with other Vicinity development projects, sustainability is of paramount importance, the project targeting a 5-star Green Star Rating and planning for features such as solar energy systems, sustainable travel initiatives and passive design strategies.
